"This is the best Duane Reade in all of NYC. Special shout out to Jayvon and Chanelle who went out of their way to support me with my queries and purchases. When the found out was my friends birthday they made our day a hundred times better with their customer service and friendliness. Would recommend going here just for them!"
"This very special pharmacy team continues to be kindest and most helpful team, anywhere. I fill scripts and get vaxxed here whenever needed even though I live an hour away and have to coordinate visits to see Neticia and team when I’m down in the city. I’m grateful and really appreciate them all."
"I had a fairly awful experience with the pharmacist, Talyan. Needed an emergency medication and when inquiring for help or why the script would not process, she would often just walk away without saying anything or just not respond. When she gave me the initial 15 min period to wait for the medication, I came back after 20 minutes where she then said it would be atleast another 15 minutes, though the pharmacy was empty. A different male pharmacist then kindly brought me the script a few minutes later, but I have never experienced such disrespect to customers, will be switching pharmacies."
"I walked in today into this store about 45 mins ago and was greeted by a lady called Chass. I had a bag full of recyclables and wanted to cash them in. Chass advised me she could only do 30 as they were full. I was trying to tell her that I had about 60 and wanted to see if she could do more. She started showing me her attitude. Her voice was commanding and she started getting irate. I asked her to lower her voice and speak politely. She would still refuse to speak in a polite manner. I asked her to drop her attitude and be respectful. She openly called me a White Russian, which is absolutely inappropriate. This made me very irate. There cannot be any people working in customer service like her. She started threatening me with police. I told her she needed to be in another job. Could you please take a disciplinary action against her and make sure she is does not front the customer service desk anymore. She certainly needs to be removed from any position that involves customer interaction."
"I usually buy my baby formula in person , however this time due to unfortunate circumstances had to make same day delivery.. order did not include baby formula and so I was connected to a “ Manager” who was extremely rude over the phone when I asked for assistance. She did not offer any suggestions or empathy on how to solve the issue and simply brushed me off the phone nastily saying ” well we don’t deliver, so…” I hung up because she was so unapproachable, never buying/ ordering formula there again."
