"This review is specifically for Kelvin in the Deli Department. Although the wait time is an actual nightmare, I’d like to shine some light on Kelvin. I shop at this ShopRite multiple times during the month, they are ALWAYS busy. The ordering system for the deli is usually down and you wouldn’t know until you either get there or they realize you standing there for a while. Kelvin is ALWAYS there. I can only imagine how frustrating it can be when people blame you for things that are out of your control but I often see Kelvin managing the deli, keeping up with customers and updating us on wait times. Like any human who is under pressure and trying their best to show up and provide excellent service - you can see that he is drained & probably not getting the recognition he deserves. But I’m here to do that, please give Kelvin and the rest of these essential workers some grace. I know we all like to get in and get out but this is their job and most of them are trying to serve us to the best of their abilities. Shoutout to Kelvin for showing up, giving his best (at least every time I have encountered him - regardless of my wait time,) and providing excellent service even from behind the deli counter. I placed my order at 4:46p today. Arrived at 5:15p and it wasn’t ready but look at the amount of orders they have here! They’re clearly the community’s choice - let’s be kind!"

"There were a bunch of items on the shelves with sale prices. Once I got to the register I was told all of those items are on sale tomorrow. So why have all those sale tags on the shelves the day before ? Waste of my time shopping. That’s just plain lazy."

"First time and it was a really good experience everything was very organized and fresh. Paul is awesome he helped us when we had some questions about the Rice I was purchasing and he also informed me about the sale on Scott tissue and how I can get it at Guest services. The ladies at Guest Services were so nice and helpful. As well as the young ladies at checkout so attentive and helpful. It was super busy and they managed to be very professional and nice."

"Everything was going well until the announcement came over the loud speaker to say the debit and credit card machine was down and they could only accept cash until the down equipment came back online. The lines were long and people paying by card had to get outline and find cash quick, mind you the lines were long. Try to avoid shopping there on Saturday afternoon. The store is super crowded. Other than that the place appeared to be run very well and the shelves were loaded with items to sell, unlike a number of shoprite with empty shelves. This place was neat and clean and every paid employee was working. Give this place try because I believe you'll enjoy shopping for groceries in a neat, clean and we'll run #shoprite."
