"Manager would not honor the fact that the sign said $3.99 but the price was in the wrong spot. coming from a person that has worked in A supermarket before if a sign says a certain price you have to accommodate the price due to false advertising. I felt like I was very much pushed off and the owner just pretended like he doesn’t speak English. Just take the extra walk to stop and shop. These people belong closed"

"Sad to say I will not give my business to this franchise again. I reported an incident to the corporate office that my daughter was harassed at the Dreiser Loop location and received no response. Also reported to the store managers and no action. Then while in the store I was verbally racially assaulted by the employee in question in front of the manager whom did nothing. Please women be careful if using this business."

"Al the produce at this store are relatively fresh BUT I feel that the personnel need to be trained to better serve the customer, customer service is very important for a business. The girls as well as managers don't care about the customers, the chew gum like cow's, talk about anything personal on front of the customer BUT they don't know better if you don't train them. THEY NICE, BUT NO MANNERS. This retting is base on produce only.!!!"

"I prefer this store over Stop and Shop. Not only is the meat here 40% dollars less than S&S but the produce is cheaper at times. I've no issues with this store especially in regards to mistakes like unforeseen expired products it happens in every store but Stop and Shop pear tree mall has items 1-2 years old. No thanks I'm sticking to food universe!"
