"My boyfriend came to this location shortly for the photos department. The employee gave him the attitude. This was the worst experience that we had at this location. It is really disrespectful. We paid for our service not for free. By the way, the Walgreens should make their employees be training again for the communication with customers and at Maths as well. I cant believe that 2 pieces of photos cost $18 and 8 pieces take nearly $200. Lol. Thanks for your services and never come back. Have a good day."

"I give one star because this has become the worst Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever been to. The staffs are rude, insensitive and disrespectful to customers picking up prescriptions. Furthermore, the pharmacy is constantly closed on days not posted. They keep telling customers to come back but when you go back, the prescription is still not ready. Today November 18 my doctor added one more prescription. I arrived at the pharmacy 1:10pm I was told to come back at 2pm because they are going on break and it’s not ready. I went back at two and was told to wait 15 minutes but I waited for 1.5 hour. The day before I had a procedure done, which was Thursday November 17 (not a posted closing day) I went to the pharmacy from hospital to pick up my two prescriptions but had to go to a different Walgreens pharmacy because the pharmacy was closed with no explanation. This has been happening for the past 2 years and getting worse. There need to be an overhaul at 2504 Eastchester Road because patients are suffering with the way the people in the pharmacy is operating."

"Worst customer service, Sunday January 5, 7:45 pm, I asked the the lady at the photo department if I can pay for 2 items and she responded with a nasty attitude arguing with me, telling me that she was busy, the line was full, it was packed, and she was relaxed doing nothing. 3 registers open with a huge line. Unbelievable! Puerto Rico does it better, the customers are afraid to ask a questions because SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES are very disrespectful. Walgreens Please train your employees to respect the customers."
