"This is the most raggedy cvs ever. Lines to the pharmacy are always long. They're always short staffed, and the people that do work there are rude. Even if you get texted that your prescription is ready, and you stand in line for fifteen minutes, when you get to the front, they will tell you they don't have it, go stand in drop off. Today I had to leave without my diabetes medicine, because they didn't have my meds after waiting an hour, and I had to leave for an appointment. This is the only cvs in my neighborhood, and I feel like they take advantage of this heavily black and brown commun, because they no we can't go elsewhere."
"Unreliable, unfriendly and unresponsive. And don't bother calling them for anything because they never answer. They almost have nothing in stock because of all the shoplifters they barely ever get prescriptions when your healthcare provider sends them."
"Wow I literally just let this location. I went to the pharmacy to get my medication the cashier was not okay she was rowing her eyes at guest. After getting my medication i went to the baby aisle to get lotion. I Her comes 3 associates including the general manager Gladys Lopez profiling me as if i was going to steal. Gladys in very sophromic tone asking if I needed help. Then another associate the same one who was just putting up note books was right behind me on the floor pretending to put things on the shelf. The black guy holding the employee door rolling his eyes and shaking his head after i told them i didnt need any help and not to profile me. Then they began to speak spanish cause they figure i was black so i would not understand. Thats another form of racism latinos do. Hola i understand spanish too as i tokd them. . I understand people steal. But to continue to profile ppl its not right. I literally came to get my medications to and lotion. All black men with hoods on and a bookbag do not steal. I have a career. 0 starts for this location and the employees that work there."
"Never had an issue at this pharmacy. However, the Asian pharmacist is the most rude and disrespectful person. She picked the wrong job. She should be working at a zoo. Treating people like animals. Smh"
"Disgusting and disgraceful they don't answer the phone in the pharmacy ever elderly people want info so as not to walk there and wait an hour for no information. Step up your customer service. They had an elderly woman over 2 hrs and they just filled it while I was standing by her."
