Walgreens 3480 Jerome Avenue, The Bronx, NY 10467

"This Walgreens doesn't honor exchange or gives you a refund for the item you buy here even if you have the receipt of your purchased item. 2 nights ago I bought an item at this Walgreens location I opened the item and found out it wasn't the right item I needed I went back to the store with the receipt spoke to the cashier who rang up my item then either the store manager or assist store manager looked at my item asked me if I opened it I said yes then he gives it back to me and says he can't exchange it or give me a refund even with the receipt I couldn't believe what I was hearing I paid $16.99 for this item and he couldn't do either for me I threw the item away and walked out of the store shocked and very surprised I say this to anyone who shops here be careful and make sure what you buy here you'll need and go through what I went through at this Walgreens location"

"The pharmacy employees are impatient; inconsiderate; and rude. While this location is already inconveniently closed on Sunday’s, I assumed their attitude will be friendly on a Monday at the very least. Yet, that was not my experience right after a surgery. You will expect to wait and without an estimate or any consideration. You will be better off sending your vital medication elsewhere."

"I went there to buy Chocolates which I love. Delicious. The two cashier's there were very respectful. I usually don't go to Walgreens cause I've been to other one's where a lot of the employees have nasty attitudes. These to were respectful, & nice all the way through while I was there which is a Big Pluss. There was a security guard with a firearm on his side. I don't believe that is needed. That's my opinion. If someone steals you can't shoot them obviously. You're not a cop or somebody in the army. Get it together. I also said have a good night as I was leaving, & he just gave me a nasty look. Not at nice guy like the other two cashier's were. Will end this with the cashiers were a female, & a male. Nice people."

"The cashiers very rude & lazy. They have you wait in line only to ping pong you to another worker. The people of color working is-prejudice to there own people . Figure that out.. Got more respect & better service going to a pharmacy down the block & paying less.."

"This Walgreen’s is horrible! They are constantly understaffed. There aren’t enough cashiers to handle the volume of customers. The line to pay for items is always wrapped around to the back of the store. ALWAYS!! And the manager is very cold and so are some of the staff. There are no smiles or warmth from them. This Walgreens is the closest one in our neighborhood so we spend a lot of money there. We deserve better."
