"Need to unclutter isles of skids blocking merchandise so people can see what they want. Need to stop people stealing. The community needs this store because other stores in the area are rip offs .Prices are fair. Need 3 cashiers"

"Family Dollar is a great store for the community, the staff is friendly and helpful. It has most all our daily needs for low convienent prices . However , I believe the people that work at our local store and the patrons are disrespected because of our low income status . The store gets messy because They're constantly under staffed and they're working in this summer heat with No Air Conditioner! as well as shoppers standing on long lines with no air conditioning. Most customers run in and out because the heat is unbearable. Yes we can do that , go elsewhere but the staff needs to stay there in that unsafe overheated environment till their shift is over That's Not Acceptable !! Please make the necessary changes to improve their work environment and help us have a better shopping experience too ... Thank you"

"A few members try to make your checkout a good one but it in no way makes up for the extremely unpleasant appearance and long lines in this store!!! Its always regardless of whenever I go in for my grandmother VERY unorganized, messy, and simply not a pleasant shopping experience. I would not recommend this store"

"Every time I visit, there is a dilemma. Friday, February 24, 2023, certain aisles were blocked off with signs that said, "Don't Use." The store was dirty and unorganized as usual. There is never anyone in the aisles to assist customers. They are always in groups behind the counter with 1 cashier working. Most of the female staff have dirty mouths. Their conversations should've taken place in the stockroom and not the front of the store. Then, when I paid for my transaction, I couldn't get a receipt. So annoying. The River Ave Family Dollar is in dire need of customer service training."
