"Horrific customer service at pharmacy. Had Covid test and vial was compromised by falling on floor. Girl collecting test said too bad. Was rude and I asked her to stop being rude. She said and I quote " what are you going to do about it?" Refused to provide another test and hung up on me. Spoke to manager who refused to provide her name so I could file complaint. Went inside to speak to store manager who basically said he couldn't help me because he wasn't there. Asked if anyone could help me he said call corporate but I would just be sent back to him. Such a violation safety laws. Will never come here again. How are they in business?"
