"Yes it's a typical home depot, unless you really look. What I mean is thing's are actually organized and not thrown about. That's a big thing/plus for me. Staff overall is friendly and very helpful with no attempt of attitude in their voices if one doesn't understand something. I'd go here over any other."

"What’s special about this Home Depot is that you have many experienced employees that work in this particular Location. I was working on a project in my home and decided to go to the Pro desk for help. I dealt with Cathy and Maryann. They helped me to make my vision come true of remolding my finished basement into exactly what I wanted. I told them exactly what I was looking for and they helped me to come up with a idea of what materials to use and what flooring to use. When I brought my contractor there they also set up a pro account where he can get the materials needed for the job and I don’t even have to be there, they send a text to confirm what is being bought for the project. My basement came out amazing! The tools they have in stock I have used for other house hold projects like the Milwaukee Band saw, which I was able to get the day I needed it. The service desk is very friendly and I have always had quick and easy returns with no hassle. The paint department also has very experienced employees as well as they new exactly how to match the paint I need to do some patch up work in my sons room. I really like this Home Depot because of these reasons and I will be shopping here many times to come."

"Gigantic store conveniently located off Route 9 in Wappingers Falls. Every type of home-based appliance like refrigerators, toilets, generators and air conditioners. Implements and machinery -- for sale and purchase -- of every kind for plumbing, dry-walling, gardening and electrical work. Prices competitive, but no discounts for self check-out, allowing Home Depot to scrimp on labor, and causing the customers (mostly blue collars who know that automation will soon kill their livelihoods) to form long lines at the cash registers with personnel. Employees efficient yet indifferent. Bathrooms well maintained. Patchy wi-fi."

"Well-organized, spacious aisles containing every kind of tool and houseware (lighting fixtures, plumbing appliances, gardening machinery and porch furnishings, etc.). Fairly priced, but no discounts for self check-out (Home Depot saves on the labor, but no incentiving kick-back to the customer), which drives the labor-conscious customers to manned registers, resulting in long lines. Machinery available for rental. Gardening section with shrubbery, seeds and potted plants. Clean bathrooms, and large parking lot out front. Some items are available only online, even though they are shipped from this premises, which makes their unavailability for retail purchase or contactless curbside pick-up absurd."
