"I have been shopping here for many years and it seems that I have had many issues with the consistency of pricing on buttercream frosting from the bakery. Ever time I buy my 32oz frosting the price is drastically different. I have spoken to multiple managers at different times and they all have a different answer. Usually the price is anywhere between 6.99-12.99 for a 32oz container. I'm okay with that. Then recently I went in and they wanted to charge me 26.00 plus dollars for a 32oz. I do understand that everything has gone up in price....but when you are charging 12.99 for a whole cake with more frosting on it then a 32oz container..... something isn't adding up....and as a manager you find out what is going on instead of saying " I don't know, but prices are going up". Then why is a cake only 12.99 but a container of frosting 26.00. wouldn't the price of the cake go up too? Something doesn't make sense and it's disappointing that there is a such a lack of drive for people to actually figure things out. They lost a good costumer today."
