"Have called so many times & it’ll ring until it says “this mailbox is not currently accepting messages ” horrible customer service & I’ll never get gas here or buy food/drinks again"
"The lady at the front counter was very obviously sick. Stuffed nose, extremely scratchy voice and coughing non stop while I bought cigarettes. She should not have been working while the risk of COVID is what it is. I was extremely uncomfortable and she wasn’t wearing a mask. Setting a very bad standard and should probably be tested for COVID."
"Extremely disappointed with an interaction I just had here with a cashier. Long story short, it’s very hot and I have a small dog and child with me. I made a last minute trip in here to grab food for us. We sat down waiting for it. Dog was on the floor sleeping. Never would have brought him but again, unplanned. No one said anything on the Mozzeronis side or the Valero side, so I figured it was all good. We get our food, eat, all is well. Other customers coming and going, my dog literally didn’t move... Until I went to throw out my garbage. He stood up. I asked my son to hold his leash. Over the counter the cashier girl says in the rudest voice” uh you can’t have a dog in here” to which I replied “okay we are leaving” (bit my tongue on her tone. We were never told prior so it didn’t need to be so rude. But I digress.) Kid whose been next to me the whole time says to me “she just noticed him?” And I said “I guess, he’s a very quiet dog” (which he is). Either way, wasn’t mad. Dogs aren’t allowed. We were leaving. It’s the rules. NOT THE ISSUE. The issue was that as I was walking out a minute later, with my 6 year old next to me, this cashier is openly talking trash about me to the woman cashing out. So me, a customer who followed direction, was being trash talked to another customer by the employee. She was saying, again, rudely, “why would you bring a dog into a restaurant, what was she thinking” etc. So I stopped walking. I told her it was so unprofessional that she was trash talking openly to a customer and she told me to “calm down, who brings a dog into a restaurant”. I said “I didn’t know, you told me and I said we were leaving, I’m a customer be professional” to which she replied “you aren’t my customer, you’re theirs” (Mozzeronis). Im sorry but no one advised me to take him out and once they did, i abliged and we were leaving peacefully. I’d like to note she wasn’t remotely concerned with if he was a service dog, so I would be concerned that this could happen to someone with a service or support animal. It wasn’t a question she cared to ask, she only kept saying “it’s a restaurant, who brings in a dog”. I’m not one to make scenes or anything, but this was just completely uncalled for. Rules are rules, understood. We were leaving peacefully. There was no need for her unprofessionalism. Unless someone tells me my dog isn’t allowed or there is a sign, I’m gonna go with it unless told otherwise. As soon as we knew we were leaving."
"This place really turned around. The mini mart got renovated and it feels like a brand new place. There's Mozzeroni's pizza in the mini mart. Pretty cool stuff! The gas prices are fair, the mini mart has a ton of different options from chips, drinks, beer, car accessories, candy, etc. It's very well lit and it's very clean."
"Workers are not friendly here. Prices are a bit high compared to other convenient stores in the area. The little pizza shop inside is also no good. I drive by this place now, stop at the next gas station."
