"The older woman working at night was the most miserable person I have encountered in a while. I had a Doordash order, and she kept the place locked and literally wouldn’t answer the door for 10 minutes after I pounded on the doors and called support. She was also very rude when she let me inside. She should not be working there, she is horrible"

"everyone that works at that store makes my shopping experience enjoyable with the exception of the older woman that works nights and doesn't wear a name tag. I was there last night and I have NEVER had a more unenjoyable experience with SUCH a miserable person. Her attitude makes me never want to visit that location again. Once again I cannot stress enough how this is only about her and I have nothing but GLOWING reviews for all other employees at that location."

"I waited patiently at register while two cashiers chatted incessantly about an email the one girl was reading aloud. Very loudly. Finally, “Are you using a card?” The girl said to me. “Yes, I am.” No, can I help you. Only taking cards at this register. No service. During the whole transaction the blond girl waiting on me was very loudly reading off some personal text. The other cashier, short, colored hair laughing ignoring her customers. Finally my cashier hands me a receipt and I said. “You know you were really loud voicing personal information in front of customers. That looks really bad. “ The other cashier laughed. I hope their manager sees this. Such bad service. Post script: The Manager Colleen said that behavior was OK, when I called about the poor customer service."

"I just left the store located in LANCASTER NY. I politely asked the clerk behind the short plexiglass barrier to wear her mask. It was being worn like a chin strap. She responded that she was behind the barrier. I replied that the barrier was not enough. She curtly replied " we're done you can be on your way". This store is very close to a nursing home facility where the staff and most importantly, the residents are suffering through a Covid outbreak. Many of my co-workers have mentioned this 'non masker' clerk and their encounters with her. Why accept this behavior? This attitude is prevalent in Lancaster. Why accept a position of employment in which serving the public and then seek to undermine the measures we all must take to fight this WAR against Covid. To protect myself and my residents, I shall not patronize this store. As this behavior is undermining the health of all of my fellow citizens in Lancaster, this country and the world."
