Walmart Supercenter

"Its great if you love long lines, checking yourself out, getting non existent customer service from grumpy employees. Usually there's 16 self checkouts open and 1 Cashier. I don't work here, I don't want to check myself out. This wal.art has lost the idea of customer service. 100%"

"Two stars because a cashier that night was kind. O stars because the woman stocking shelves was rude and snapped at me when I asked a question and then asked for clarification on her answer. I have never been as disrespected as a customer anywhere at any time. Lousy store and atmosphere. Worst Walmart I have been to. Nothing nice beyond the front sign. And certainly not a "Supercenter." Target. Just go to the nearby Target. If workers are just standing around when the place needs restocking, they don't need a job anyway. Close this store It's a waste of electricity and heating to keep open."

"I have shopped Walmart for decades now and the decline is disturbing. This location especially is in general; filthy, under stocked and/or expired products on the shelves, empty pallets scattered throughout the store. (Trip hazard much) Not to mention being uncomfortable due to the number of obviously unhappy employees and management who work there. Professionalism is a non existent concept and it shows throughout the store."

"Would give no stars if I could. Was at Walmart in Lancaster NY today. Checked out and went to leave store with my kids. Was stopped at the door and asked for my receipt. I couldn't find my receipt. The employee wouldn't let me leave and demanded my receipt. There was now a line of people waiting to leave the store, watching as I was looking and couldn't find my receipt anywhere. The employee made me feel very uncomfortable and like I did something wrong. How can a Walmart make someone feel so uncomfortable after buying items at their store."

"Friday night 11/17/23, I went to the Lancaster Walmart. It was 10:23 pm and he pick up/curbside had closed. Tim, manager and Steve went above and beyond. Tim had punched out and proceeded to get the key and open the area for pickup. Him and Steve went in and brought out my order and helped me bag it up. This meant so much to me as I had no time to pick up the next day. I had to start cooking early in Saturday morning. Exceptional service!!"
