"where do i start? the director of this place, ms. magalie septimus is one of the worst human beings one can come across. her attitude towards her employees is intolerable and unprofessional, she threatens to fire them within seconds over the most trivial matters. her ignorance is beyond one's capacity along with her maturity, which is at the level of a young teenager. she will quarrel with anyone for hours and act childish when things don't go her way. she does whatever she believes is right which ends up harming her in the long run. she will try to cheat the system as much as possible to avoid being responsible for her own actions. summer youth employees end up having to do her personal chores for her because of her lethargic behavior. additionally, the vicinity of this daycare is barbarous. there have been reports of pests involved along with a distinct smell that is unpleasant to the nostrils. parents, i advise you to not bring your child(ren) to this daycare. they will be treated in a vile manner which is something that a young human being does not deserve. please try to stray away from this daycare as much as you can. it is for your own benefit."

"Been with them over a year!! This a great place for your kids. She is understanding! The bus service is a plus and they work with your schedule. I so much like the place and have recommended alots of people there!! During any major holidays, they stock the kids bags with gifts/goodies!!! If you have issues with payment, she will be patient and understanding till you sort it out!! My boys have grown and learnt alots since they joined the Daycare. Love the teachers and the best bus matron, I have worked with is Ms. Zar. I have been able to plan my work schedule because of her timeliness and punctuality!!! I call her Mama Magalie because she really CARES."

"I Dont Even like the fact that i gave this dump 1 star . They need to be shut down permanently ! PARENTS IF YOU LOVE YOUR CHILDREN DONT SEND THEM HERE . I Dont Know Where To start . Lets Talk about The Greed And Lack Of Professionalism the director has . Magalie ONLY Cares About Money And Not The Concerns Of The Parents. If You have A Issue she gets upset and snaps on her own workers and over talks you while your trying to explain the issue in further detail . The Pick up And Drop off Service Sucks And Its Unsafe ! First It was a yellow bus then it was a white van and then my child started getting picked up in someones personal mini van . The Bus Matron had 5 To 6 children in the Back of The Car With NO SEATBELT ! Daycare “Supposdly Starts At 8:30 And Ends At 4:30” My child was constantly getting picked up at 8:30 or after . sometimes after 9:30 and droped off before 4:30 or at 4:30 ! Someone tell me if that adds up ? They dont care about the parents ! Those kids are out of that daycare before 4:30 ! I went up there several times to pick up my child and those kids were GONE ! Sometimes i would come around 4:00 Nd She would be The Only one There ! They Are Lying About their hours to get paid ! Oh And Your Not Able To Call and check on your Kids Either . They wont pick up the phone ! Or the phone is disconnected ! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN PROTECT YOUR CHILDREN IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE WITH KIDS IN THIS DAYCARE GET THEM OUT BEFORE SOMETHING SERIOUS HAPPENS !"

"This daycare is horrible and I don't understand why the city won't shut them down, the owner is very unprofessional and don't like to pay her workers. Parents use caution when putting your child in this place. Owner, I know you see these comments and I will say this to you, GOD DON'T LIKE OUGLY AND YOUR TIME WILL COME TO YOU. This owner is a greedy Haitian lady that thinks she's still in her country with no morals."

"I can't believe that the owner of this daycare just called me and asked me can my son come back to her daycare because she fired all of the staff that was there when my son was there and got knew staff..... I'm not gonna put up here what my 2 yr old at the time went through in this hell hole in June of this year all I'm gonna say parents if you love your children please don't put them in this hell hole of a daycare"
