"I had such a bizarre experience with this place that I have to write about it. As I have to be at work for 7am, I looked into this daycare because they open at 6am. The initial phone call was promising, and they took my number and promised to call me back. After a week of not hearing from them, I called back several times without an answer. On one or two occasions it even sounded as if someone picked up, then hung the phone up without answering. I called from a different number another day and received an answer. During this call I was told I could stop by anytime, but 8am would be better. I showed up at 8am at the appointed day with two kids in tow, only to be told that they were under inspection, and it wasnt a good time. I was told to return at 1pm. I called before returning at 1pm, and was told I should return at 6pm. I dont recall what happened, but I did not return at 6. By that point I was exhausted from the run around, and decided to leave the kids in the daycare they attended at that time. That was last year, 2017. This year I decided to try again, because my youngest son will start pre k in September, and one of the schools in consideration is down the street from this place. In our initial conversation they said they do drop offs and pick ups at this school. Despite last year's experience I decided to try again The kids dad contact them, and was told to stop by anytime. He went at around 10am, and was told that no one was available to speak with him or show him around, and he should return the next day at 1pm. He was not available at 1pm, but I was, so I made the visit. When I arrived I was told that they are under inspection(again!?), she didnt know why I was told to be there at that time, and I should return later. I asked what time, she said 6pm. I wasnt available at 6pm, so the kids dad made the visit. He was spoken to at the door, and told that they could not show him around, or say whether or not they can accept our kids for the fall. They said to check with them in the first week of September. He asked to speak with the director, and was told that the message he just received was from the director. There is something not right with this place, and if Im having such a hard time just speaking with someone, I will take it as a sign that its not a place my kids should attend. I will not make a third attempt. They are incredibly unprofessional."
