"The owner is rude and unprofessional. When you bring your child, they say that they work from 8 am to 6 pm. Yes you can drop off at 8 am, but don't think, that you can pick up at 6 pm. I was working in Manhattan on a clock, so every day after work I had to run to the train and from the train in order to pickup my kid by 6 pm, but no matter how fast I was running, earliest I could make was 5:55-58, most of the time 6 sharp, couple of times I was late 2 - 5 minutes. Anyway, you would ask me why was I running? cause after a couple of weeks in the owner said, that I can't pickup my child at 6 pm everyday, (but that is exactly what we agreed on when we were signing in) she said that I have to be there by 5:30 to 5:45 like everyone else, I couldn't make it, 6pm that's all I could do. After a few months she threw out my kid, on the middle of a year. It was hard to find another day care at that time, but we did, it's located at the corner of Avenue Y and east 18th street, I think it is called Magic Kingdom. Lovely owner, never again had a problem with pickup time."

"My son attended this daycare few years ago. We had a terrible experience with the daycare and owner. She was rude and unprofessional My son was very unhappy in the environment she created. We ended up pulling him out to a different place and he was very happy there. I would not recommend the place. The environment is very negative there ."
