"Me and my fiancé have been going to this location for about a month since we're staying somewhere just down the street and now I don't think we'll be going anymore. We've been bringing our service animal inside every time and never had an issue with anybody until the store manager was in today. She was asking questions about our service animal that she is legally not allowed to ask and questioning whether or not we actually needed him or not because we don't look like we do. As she was questioning us, she came around the counter to stand next to us and when he turned his head towards her, she proceeded to kick him in the face."

"I been going to this 711 since I move on 100th street in 2012. I have never had any problem with anyone but this one particular girl. Im African American, and so is she. Everytime I come in the store she makes me wait till she if done talking or wiping down the counter, stocking shelves or whatever. So I jingle my keys to let her know I'm there she came over with that same funky attitude . Customer comes first. She may need a new job cause she has no customer service skills."

"I lived down the street from this store for a year and have spent hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars here. The majority of the staff is kind but there are a few rude employees that destroy the reputation of this store. One woman in particular has been rude multiple times and even yelled a few times. One time she yelled because she had to go from behind the counter to scan an item. Another time she yelled at other employees. Also, do not bother her too much because she is generally unhelpful and even lied to me when she said they did not carry an item; I found it a few days later. A few times I greeted her and she flat out ignored me. I also ordered two large cheese pizzas from a male employee. He popped out a pepperoni pizza after I paid. I told him I wanted cheese and he responded, "What? You don't like pepperoni?" And then he begrudgingly made the cheese pizzas. There is no point in reporting employees to the manager. She made vague promises to retrain the staff the first time I reported the female employee. The second time she passive-aggressively stated that she was sorry I "felt" slighted and to come back later when things improve. I will never step back in this store. The 8109 Niagara Falls Blvd. location has a kinder staff that far exceed my expectations. They even admit that the location near Niemel Drive have a reputation for being rude."
