"So I love this store and the workers try so hard to keep it nice but seriously management needs to hire a security officer. The amount of stealing that goes on this store is RIDICULOUS. The people literally fill their carts and run out the door right in front of you. The workers can't do anything and are super stressed. "I wanted to go to the store and pick up some pants as the Burlington store in Niagara Falls was supposed to close 11:30pm, I walked in at 10:15 and it was closed. I was told that you had only 2 people at yhe cash register. You all need to do better!!!!"
"I don't know how, or why, any of the Burlington stores in Western New York remain open. It's like they're on life support. Racks that used to be bursting with stock are almost empty, and the silent aisles echo. I loved Burlington; it was once my happy place. Now, its just sad. I'm looking for a new alternative."
