Einstein Daycare

"The director of this daycare is very rude and nasty they let my child leave with wet clothes and it was cold outside without informing anybody that the child clothing was wet my child caught a bad cold literally the next day. Don’t send your child there."

"My Son went to this school for a few months. He started in Oct 2021 nd ended May 2022. When he 1st started his teacher was great. She sent photos and updates almost everyday; even with his struggles. She is great and was in the 1 year old room. Due to privacy issues I'm not going to disclose names. The issues begin when my son went into the 2 year old room. There was no communication from the teacher other than speaking to her at the door during drop off and pick up times; which was brief due to other parents dropping off and picking up there children. I was never informed of anything in a timely manner. My son was receiving early intervention services and for about 3 weeks the therapist had not shown and no one informed me. I was then told my son was " A lot" and that the Owner of the school did not want him to attend anymore. I was so taken back as I am a very involved parent and feel that I was blind sided by the actions the school took. there were no progress reports , no communication as to what he needed or what was going on in the class room. I immediately pulled my son out of the day care and asked for a meeting / case conference; which never happened. I still don't know what the term " A LOT" means , and it worries me because you trust people with your kids while you're at work, Not really knowing what's going on behind closed doors. What I can say is that the teacher in the 1 year old room is a true professional, and really good teacher. There was one staff that would take my son into his class room and she was really pleasant and even gave my son hugs daily. All the other staff I have encountered need improvement in areas of professionalism and communication. The director is nice but the level of communication with parents needs improvement as to this day I still don't know what " A LOT" means and abruptly diss - enrolling my son from daycare in mid year with out recommendations for other placements or a proper explanation is just plain wrong. I wouldn't recommend this school to any one."

"My daughter started there as an infant at 3 month old, I can tell you for sure it is very stressful for the parent to leave your baby, after several weeks I realized that she was completely safe and watched carefully, they even provided all desired formula I wanted. Now we are already 2 years and 4 month and I feel very good about it! Their admin Nicky puts all her heart in this place, teachers are very careful and it is VERY Clean there!"
