"The residential place is absolutely amazing helped my daughter & I when nobody else would! Thank you so much Elmcrest you don’t know how much it means to us!"
"My loved one was failed miserably by this organization and their lack of commitment to her, an ongoing survivor of her abuser’s reign of awfulness through turning their children against her, is abhorrent. This organization sides with abusers whether they will admit it or not. Comes up extremely short on follow through with their delivery of long term complex trauma care. Steer clear."
"I’ve been working with the scsd since October to get my son placed here. We had a cpse meeting in February and they waited until may to view my child in a class setting. They then waited 2-3 weeks to call me and tell me they were not a good fit for my child to be placed in the special class setting. Now I’m in may trying to scramble to find a program for my child for the fall. Had they seen my child after our meeting and this was discussed months ago. I believe we could’ve gotten him placed in the integrated class room setting. However they even mentioned there was a wait list and did not even give me an option to place my child on the wait list."
"A beautiful campus and a safe place for kids who are going through some hard times in their life. This is a great place to donate sports gear, gently used suitcases and duffle bags, modest, gently used clothing for ages 0 through 18, twin bed comforters, sheet sets and blankets, craft supplies, small decorative items that the kids can use to decorate their rooms, travel toiletries, and of course, cash donations. This is the most appreciative place I've ever donated. If you're looking for some place where your donation will be appreciated and make a difference this is it!"
"The only reason I gave four stars and not five was because I haven't started working just yet, but I'm confident it will be all five when I do. As for the preparation process of getting ready for orientation and training, they are amazing an already a big five stars in my eyes. The staff are the kindest people. They care, which is hard to find in a work environment and especially a stressful one. They understand that life happens along the journey and show compassion towards it. I feel so welcomed already and barely begun. I feel Elmcrest is a wonderful facility. It's clean, professional, but down to earth, welcoming, understanding, intelligent people, and an appropriate environment. I'm glad they chose to welcome me aboard. I look forward to growing with the staff and their facility."
