"Long line. Staff was doing their best to keep line moving.. This location wasn't a mess.. like some others. I stop in twice a week. Quick & easy on the way home. Np"

"Dollar Tree is one of my favorite stores but this dollar tree on Butternut street is the sketchiest one I have ever shopped at. Store was not very clean inside. I was concerned about leaving my car in the parking lot given the number of people just hanging around outside the store. When I came out of the store, I saw a drug deal happening right next to my car. Would recommend avoiding this store & driving to another one in Syracuse. Erie Boulevard one is much better."

"The staff at this store are polite, hard working and know where everything is. They are always working. I would have given a four, but due to no fault of the store there is almost always somebody causing trouble in the store. I would not want my daughter to shop in this store alone, or at all. A guy walked away with a handful of stuff and just let him walk out. They don't even call the police because it seems as though it is more trouble then just ignoring it. The 911 operator did not even offer to send a car to ride by to see if the person was a threat, etc."

"As I was walking in store on butternut and lodi Dollar Tree there were 2 Vagrants begging for money . After in store I looked around employee and management were not wearing a mask.. costumer ratio super high no social distancing at all the employees stocking shelves were not properly wearing masks chin and mouth coverd no nose ... Could be a Hot Spot for Covid19 CoronaVirus.. very sad I will NOT BE BACK AS A COSTUMER ... NO LEADERSHIP FROM MANAGER"
