"I left a review for “ladida.com” but it was deleted. I was saying that I was very disappointed with their Customer service and never gonna buy from the website. I bought two kid jackets at the website(400dollars) on Dec.8. And they are not delivered yet. I live in Maryland which is not far away from their business. The jackets were my kids Christmas presents. I contacted Customer center on Dec. 22 but they said it is just delayed. I tracked the items and found out that the delivery was stopped on Dec 11 at New Jersey and since I leave US on Jan the jackets must delivered before that. I explained the tracking situation and also my personal situation but they only said “I will see what I can do for you” and they did nothing!!!!! It has been 3 weeks since I ordered the jackets I understand sometimes it can be delivered but 3 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!! I live in Maryland!!!!! And above all why do they have customer center, since they do nothing for their customers!!!!!! I’m very very dissapointing and never ever gonna buy from them"
