"Years ago when my my young ‘Ind needed childcare I remember this agency not being much help honestly. Now my daughter was provided their number as a resource in her time of transition from stay at home mom to reentering the workforce. She’s been dealing with personal trauma, only to have the person who picked up her call at CCS laugh at her, and transfer her call to a line at which no one answered. I told her that years back I’d felt they were snooty. I’m amazed at how they even continue to exist 30+ years hence."
