"I have tried twice to make an appointment with this person and both times she has canceled my appointment without reason hours before our appointment time. Meanwhile we have to give 24 hour notice when we cancel an appointment. This is ridiculous. I have been trying to get a new evaluation and new medication since October of this year and with this psychiatrist and Headway I have gotten nowhere. If I could give 0 stars I would. What a shame. Luckily I am not suicidal otherwise with the way these people handle appointments I probably would have unalived myself already."
