"Stay away from this practice. Nurse Practitoner recommended blood test on a 16 year old. The mother brought her to 2 labs & she was told they did not accept insurance. Finally got an appointment 9 days later. Because it was not done ASAP the manager of the the Nurse Practitioner called CPS and an investigation was opened up against the mother. Regular checkups, Orthodontist appointments, etc were provided throughout the 16 year olds life yet because the insurance company was lax on the referral this mother's life is now ruined professionally. When a case is opened up against you by CPS, even if it is unfounded it stays on your record for 10 years. This woman now cannot work with vulnerable people or children even though she did nothing wrong. Btw the 16 year old is totally healthy. No issues. This manager NEVER called the mother to discuss her concerns. This manager ruined this mother's livelihood because of their incompetence. This company does not properly educate their employees. Please do not trust them. Even though it is thought to be confidential someone is reading the Psychiatrists, Psychologist or Nurse Practitioners reports and taking action behind the patients back by calling in a government agency when no one was in danger. Sessions are NOT confidential. Supervisors read over them. Do not see a Health Professional that belongs to a Business Chain."
