"I can't even rate the full experience as my colleagues and I were looking for a new lunch place to eat on our lunch and we traveled in to downtown to Panini's after our late meeting. They close at 3pm and we arrived at 2:47pm for 3 paninis and maybe chips, or cookies depending on what they had, so we could get back to our Corporate office to eat our meals. When we arrived we saw a worker who was behind the prep counter and did not greet us when he saw us. We looked at the menu board and within 1 minute we were all decided on our orders. I had then asked him if he was still open, and he responded "we close at 3pm." I responded, ok so are we able to order still? He then responded we close at 3pm again. I then said what does that mean for us, are we not able to order? His response was you can order but you can't eat here! We turned around and decided we would not be customers being treatedthis poorly. We ended up around the corner at Pavones on Warren St and had fantastic customer service and food packaged to go with a smile!"
"Food is mediocre at best but it is somewhere close to the hospital. I had boycotted for awhile due to food never being ready on time or orders being wrong but today I decided to give it another chance since I had a short lunch. I ordered my food on THEIR website ahead and received a confirmation. I drove down to pick up my order and waited in their VERY slow service line and then was told they did not make my order because the owner John shut down online ordering. He is very dismissive and rude about the whole thing and doesn't care that he wasted the only time I had to eat today. Bad business model and horrible customer service. Not giving it another chance."
"Lunch spot that I’ve frequented a few times. My most recent order was a half BLT and cup of Chicken Tortilla soup. I prefer a bit more seasoning in the soups I’ve had but the food is fine in general. My interactions with staff have been nice. Would recommend."
"Staff was excellent here as I was attended quickly and efficiently. The food was not the most top tier but for the pricing it was amazing as I was able to get a full meal for under $10 which is almost unheard of. If your nearby definitely check them out!"
