"They lie. Misandrist they hate fathers. Believe all women all the time, even when they’re the abusers. Don’t let your kids near this place."
"The person I talked to was very helpful and gave me the right information that I need and I would recommend them to how ever need the help."
"Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful. They're very receptive and understanding of difficult situations"
"You know....a lot of women feel like trying to get help to get away from abusers is pointless. It's a lot of work and a lot of bureaucracy for minimal to no practical effort to help women...even when they are doing everything they can to help themselves. NYS legislation protects abusers. It's not shocking at all why so many people stay in abusive relationships, or are killed trying to leave them"
"It's ironic that an agency that assists people to leave abusive controlling situations has a controlling middle management. Employees are not allowed to express opinions or stick up for themselves when ridiculed, and workplace bullying is allowed,nay- encouraged . My direct supervisor was wonderful;the exception who proved the rule. I also question the wisdom of having male staff transport females unchaperoned. I raised that concern to deaf ears. The agency as a whole does fine work."
