"We had such a positive and wonderful experience at Natalya's daycare. Our son started daycare at the age of 10 months. He was always happy to go to daycare and in a good mood when picked up. In the year and a half he spent there, he blossomed into a curious, sweet, playful, and happy toddler. He was always happy with the daycare's food and napped well. He got so much playtime in the garden, and they grew vegetables. My son always had access to toys, participated in various activities, engaged in crafts, and enjoyed music time. We would get the most beautiful pictures of him. A special thank you to Eto, an angel and a baby whisperer who gives each child so much attention, care, and love. I recommend this daycare entirely and would love to express my immense gratitude. I felt completely at ease to send my baby here daily."

"Our son just left Natalya's Daycare (13th street location) after 16 months of being there. We had to relocate so unfortunately had to leave. Our son started at 1 years old and I would say this is one of his favorite places to be, like a second home. The daycare provides meals and naps are based on each individual child's needs. They are so so accommodating and are very good at providing updates on the app! Shoutout to Eto who has been there for my son from the beginning to end. She's probably the person that he spends the most time with aside from us and you can tell that he loves her so much because he's always excited to see her during drop off. They're also great with providing all sorts of activities to the children. They have a great backyard with lots of activities. Highly highly recommend this daycare! Being a first time parent, I was nervous about sending my son to a daycare, but this daycare made me feel very comfortable and I know that they will take care of my son with lots of love."

"If you are looking at daycare in the area - look no further, this is the one!! We started our daughter here when she was 6 months old and stayed until we moved away from the neighborhood when she was 18 months old. Leaving this daycare was SO hard. Our new daycare is great, but does not come close to how great 13th street is. They are so sweet, caring, and nurturing with the children and my daughter would run into the door each day and was so excited to go to school. The staff truly loves the children and it shows in the way they interact with them. The small size, and cozy environment is ideal for babies and young toddlers as they are able to offer lots of 1:1 time and are flexible around each child's needs and schedule. Healthy breakfast, lunch, and snack were provided every day and there is a large backyard for the children to enjoy. Communication with the staff was so easy. We miss 13th street and our daughter still says the names of her teachers and friends from there even though we have been gone for almost 3 months. Highly, highly, highly recommend"

"We sent our son to the Natalya daycare on 13th street. He attended for 2.5 years and we are so, so incredibly lucky that these were the first caregivers he received. Our kiddo was especially attached to eto. His face lit up every morning when he saw her, and she brought nothing but dedication, joy, and love into her job. The daycare provided us with pictures during the day and were very communicative, something I took for granted now that he is in preschool. Eto has gone on to be a treasured babysitter full of energy, wonder, and excitement for my son and his interests. Strongly recommend Natalya daycare, a port in the storm of the pandemic. We will never forget the love he was shown there ❤️"

"We sent my now 2 year old daughter to this Zusin branch- called Natalya’s daycare- from 11 months - 21 months. My daughter LOVED her time here and the caregivers are wonderful, especially Eto, who really formed a bond with my daughter. They use the Procare app to communicate daily with parents, send photos, food and bowel movement updates so I always knew what my daughter was up to. They were very cautious during COVID with mask wearing, and while several kids did get covid my daughter never caught it from other kids- which was sort of remarkable. They make all the meals- again amazing, with variety each day- oatmeal, bagels, etc for breakfast, soup, chicken, veggies for lunch and a snack of fruit. They have an awesome backyard with turf and toys and took the kids out every day. Another bonus for us is we speak Russian at home and caretakers spoke Russian to our daughter (I think they are mosty Georgian). Wonderful and loving place, super clean and full of light, esp for younger kids through 2. We are moving to preschool and our very sad to leave. My daughter still talks about the daycare and her caregivers."
