"I paid 160 something dollars with tax for the Strength & Solace Spray for my grandpas funeral. I called before placing my online order to make sure it was possible as I needed it next day and said substitute flowers were okay but I didn't realize that meant every flower was going to be replaced minus the carnations. The arrangement also looked thrown together last minute but I called 24 hours before I needed it. They could've said no. Just overall I'm really disappointed and wanted something nice for my grandpa but this was not it."
