"I went to Davids bridal with my bridesmaid on 1/3 and the experience was awful, I knew exactly what I wanted and the assistant (Erika) who was helping was no help at all, I explained exactly what I wanted but she was not listening and kept recommending things that I was not interested in at the slightest, I said I didn’t want any lace/jewels and wanted a mermaid dress and she kept bringing me princess dresses and things I was not interested in even after telling her what I wanted. when it came down to it I did end up finding the perfect dress (thanks to my bridesmaid). But when I was asking about alteration and whatnot Erika was not helping at all and my bridesmaid ended up showing me how it was and honestly doing more work than the employee ‘helping’ me. I ended up ordering my perfect dress and fast forward to picking it up on 1/15 I went to try it on and Erika ended up ORDERING THE WRONG SIZE! I could not even get it over my hips and she measured me!!! Thankfully the wonderful woman working on alterations, Sonia came to the rescue and helped me order the correct dress size and was able to get it in within a week and fit me in for alterations and made me feel amazing! I was initially so worried as I had planned timing and whatnot for my dress to be done in ample time before my wedding but with the woman assisting me on 1/3 messing it up I was so worried but Sonia helped me and made me feel confident in her as she stated that this normally doesn’t happen and she would make sure I had my dress by the date initially requested and she has done just that! All in all Erika was awful and I don’t think she has much knowledge on what she is doing nor did she make me feel good as a customer but thankfully Sonia helped me and she was wonderful! If it weren’t for Sonia I would have given 1 star but thank you Sonia for making me feel like a beautiful bride and for fixing others mistakes!! SONIA DESERVES 5 STARS"

"Ms Jojo was awesome she helped us for quite some time she was very patient with with us and she seemed very professional and knew her job well she promoted the stores sales and even helped me and my sister shop for dresses I would have given her a raise myself. We will come back and look for Ms Jojo as our personal attendant and Ms Tatiana and Ms Camille were also a great help to us getting ready for our event! Great job ladies!!"

"Rosa was an amazing stylist she helped my sister find the perfect bridesmaid dress on the same day we walked in! She also asked the alteration lady to get alterations started and Sonia got the dress pinned very quick. Great overall experience from all the staff"

"Whitley was phenomenal! She helped me narrow down wedding dress styles and helped me find the style that I loved most! She was super helpful and knowledgeable about all dresses in store and online! She helped me feel comfortable and was not pushy at all. Whitley is a fantastic stylist and she was super patient and understanding throughout my entire appointment. She has exquisite taste and I hope every future bride has the opportunity to work with her!"

"Sonia was very helpful and quick with alterations. I’ve never had a dress altered before and she made my first experience seamless (lol)! She met us at the door 5 minutes before my appointment and we were finished in 20 minutes!"
