"Initial contact was professional as well as helpful, prompt service delivery made on time. During the process spoke about floral arrangement, color, and container it would be presented in. Verified that flowers would not be exact ones in the photo but the arrangement would have a colorful and tropical feel. Verified that the container in the picture would be the one used for arrangement. The flower arrangement was a Beautiful arrangement, but I was disappointed that the container, was different from the one in the photo , the owner explained it was an oversight and found a container to compliment the flower arrangement, he went above and beyond to correct the mistake thank you."

"My husband has gone to this florist for years and I have noticed that the arrangements don’t last very long. This Mother’s Day he purchased a beautiful arrangement on Saturday. I was getting ready to change the water on Monday and realized that over half of the flowers were wilting or already browning. The roses and the carnations look bad. The only flowers that are still blooming are the lilies. There’s no reason for this arrangement to look this sad in only 4 days. The flowers my children gave me from Harris Teeter look as if they were purchased today. I told my husband that I would rather have flowers from Harris Teether, they last longer and are less expensive! I know he paid a pretty penny for these flowers especially close to a holiday and it was a waste of money."

"For the price, I thought the flowers would at least last a day. We picked up our order on Feb 14 and they didn't look that great. We were told once they reached room temperature with fresh water, they'll perk up (they kept the order in a refrigerator). Did as they said but by today (Feb 15) most of the sunflowers were drooping and shriveled up. The white roses are already turning brown with spots and stuff. Just an overall waste of $135."
