His proficiency extends beyond just dispensing medications; he has an unmatched ability to navigate and resolve any issues we have, be it with our insurance company or the doctor's office. What sets Robert apart is his commitment to providing exceptional service. Over the 15 years, he has not only become familiar with our medical needs but has taken the time to know our entire family. Despite having moved, with this CVS pharmacy now located 7 miles away, we make a conscious choice to continue coming here solely for Rob's exceptional service. The level of trust and reliability he has built over the years is unparalleled. In the event that Robert ever decides to leave, it's safe to say that our loyalty to this CVS would be closely tied to his presence. Was told that if I came back 5 minutes after the lunch break ended it will be ready. So great of them to take care of this right away. Did save me from coming back later or next day. Always helpful and friendly staff."
