Amazon Counter - Packaging Express (PUDO)

"I picked up my Amazon package here on 1/28/2023 around 1:30pm. First time using this place. The guy I encountered behind the desk (older guy with a beard) was rude and unprofessional. Didn’t greet me whatsoever, took forever to find my package and didn’t say “good bye”, “thank you” or “have a nice day”. He had a snarky little attitude, while laughing and treating me like I was stupid, because I thought I could show the pickup code (the one you scan) Amazon sent me to pick up the package but he said he needed the number. His attitude worsened when I gave him the number because I gave it to him and he didn’t understand me so I repeated it and he proceeded to laugh in my face. He then continued a full blown conversation with someone else while attending to me letting me know he didn’t care about my service as a customer whatsoever. When I received my package and said “thank you” there was no response; he just continued his conversation. I hate bad service. I will never return here."
