"Yes, I only write reviews when service is particularly good or particularly bad. This one is good. Tra (pronounced like Trey) of RDUMTG bailed me out of a challenging situation -- I was in town (from Wilmington, ~2 hrs away) for a medical procedure and my original transport option callously dropped out with zero notice. Date of procedure: 1/31. Date of finding out my guys was unreliable: 1/27. This means I had one business day to find a replacement. My original dude's flake was my blessing, because Tra is the real deal. Passionate about his job, charming as all get out, prompt (and even early), responsible, dedicated, considerate...the list goes on and on. Look on Google, you'll see that his ratings are sky high. I would recommend his services without hesitation, and certainly intend to ask for his assistance again should my circumstances require it. Just to note, he also shared that because of the wheelchair access of his vehicles, he has ventured as far as Arkansas, Massachusetts, Myrtle Beach and elsewhere to help transport people. So don't think that this is a "local only" operation."
