"Luxy did a fantastic job communicating from beginning to end. I talked to the same two people every time who always remembered who I was and what vehicle/destination I was calling about. They provided accurate quotes and time frame estimates. There ended up being an issue at one point, but Luxy absorbed all effects so that my experience remained easy and without negative impacts. The vehicle has been shipped successfully across the country. 10/10 recommend Luxy Transport."

"******* terrible. Luxy made a quote for vehicle for pick up later that week. Then they called back 2 days later (losing time) saying they can't honor the quote & I'd have to pay more. Pickup was scheduled for a Friday. Friday morning I still hadn't received the driver's info. I had to call & the dispatcher provided it. Pick up between 8 - 10 am on the day of a move. Driver never showed. Escalated to Luxy. Empty promises of another 2 hours multiple times. By 6 pm it didn't seem like the driver was coming. Kept calling Luxy and the car transport company wouldn't call them back. I called luxy demanding to talk to the owner. The male dispatcher told me it would be figured out Monday. I informed him the whole deal and only reason I went with Luxy is they promised Sunday delivery. The dispatcher hung up on me. Escalated to my sales rep. She was unable to assist and would work on escalation. Finally at 830 pm, 12 hours after scheduled pick up window, she was able to get the driver's number. He picked the vehicle up at 9 pm - 13 hours after scheduled pick up. Completely ****** up my move. Luxy ******* sucks. If their own contractors won't call them back, that says alot. Never the **** again."
