The FedEx Drop Box located at 3200 Croasdaile Drive in Durham, North Carolina, United States, offers convenient 24/7 drop-off services for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. You can choose from 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping options for FedEx Express, or select FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive in 1-5 business days.

The drop box accepts a variety of packages, including FedEx Express envelopes and boxes, as well as packages with your own packaging and a FedEx label. Packages up to 20" x 12" x 6" in size are accepted at this location.

Drop-off times may vary depending on the location, with many drop boxes now offering extended drop-off times. Select drop box sites also offer Saturday pickup options.

To use the drop box, you can create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill using your FedEx account number. Print the label and affix it to your package before bringing it to the drop box. Cash, check, and credit card payments are not accepted at the drop box location.
