"I don’t know what’s going on there, but someone really needs to do better. This is people’s mail we are talking about here…it’s kind of fishy that I ship a whole box to my mother, which she received a slip in the mailbox telling her to pick the box up, but y’all can’t seem to find it either of the days my family stopped by. This is extremely upsetting. Please for the love of all that is good, find that box for my mom!"

"When I first moved here I felt like the service was a little slow. Hard to get someone to pick the phone up.. It’s been a year and I’ve seen some improvement. They are always nice and helpful when I go inside to do business but receiving packages and calling about package not delivered when the company shows it was delivered to them really need MUCH important! Had package that wasn’t delivered company showed it was delivered to them and it was put in my mailbox. Called and filled out form for situation, never heard from the post office. Thanks to the company who refunded me."

"For fellow travelers - the PO locator says this post office accepts general delivery THIS IS NOT ACCURATE. I’ve done general delivery in 26 states across the country and never had a problem. Apparently at this post office you have to fill out a form prior to having something sent general delivery otherwise they promptly return to sender. Thankfully I got there before the outgoing mail was shipped so I was able snag my package before they shipped it out. Never once heard of this and the clerk couldn’t even tell me how to fill out a general delivery form so that was no help. I would say to just avoid this post office all together."

"The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because the actual post office employees are really nice, but the delivery drivers need to be fired. I have never lived somewhere where I can always depend on my package being delivered incorrectly, either they claim it was delivered when it wasn’t, they deliver it to the front office when it could’ve fit in a mail box, or they claim my “driveway was blocked” when I live in an apartment. It’s not that hard to just do your job, for the love of god just do it."

"The people here are nice and always helpful.. sometimes the wait can be a bit long depending on the time of day it is.. I love that they are informative on different ways of sending packages and there’s material there for purchase such as gift boxes envelopes and cards.. they also offer P.O. Boxes in different sizes for a reasonable price .. I love flower pens in the lobby for customer use!"
