"I ordered my food, got in the car and realized my sandwich wasn't with the order. Went back in and told the girl twice that it was a regular chicken sandwich. Got back in the car and it was the wrong sandwich! Didn't have time to go back in and change it. No lunch for me today. 3 times I said a regular chicken sandwich and didn't get it. We also ordered a half tea and half lemonade that had no lemonade. Not sure what the disconnect was there"

"First time ever coming to this location after hearing my boyfriend talk about how good it is and won’t be back spent over $10 for some soggy fries gross tasting lemonade and basically 4 nuggets and some crumbs for the price of a 8 count nugget meal"

"It pains me to do this we have given up most fast food restaurants due to lack of quality control. Prices continue to rise as well as the number of times we find ourselves disappointed. I love chick fil a. I’m getting ready to leave the country for a year and wanted to eat here one last time before I left. When I turn and see my wife pulling a hair out of her mouth from being cooked into a fry, I can say this very well may be the last time anyone in our family visits a chick fil a. It was on the short list of places we would stop when in a hurry but this is completely unacceptable. Good luck if you’re like me you take all reviews with a grain of salt but 10/10 don’t recommend any fast food restaurants to anyone."
