"Found out why nobody is getting their packages. The "delivery drivers" are seemingly random individuals in unmarked vehicles who don't even try to check if they are in the right location. My place of work has the address directly beside the front door yet someone came in a few days ago with a package that belonged over a mile down the road. We didn't get the chance to tell the man that it wasn't ours because before we had a moment to stop helping customers and look, he had already left."

"The people who work here are always helpful and nice! They are overwhelmed with all the packages, but my mail is always delivered on time daily."

"They do not deliver packages. Ever. Considering it’s their one and only job to bring me my mail, I cannot justify leaving more than one star. Desk attendants are dismissive about this issue."

"If you live in the area you can guarantee they won’t deliver packages to your house. If it doesn’t fit in the mailbox they won’t walk up to your door. They give random excuses like the “mailbox was full” when you’re supposed to be receiving a box far too large to even go in the mailbox. Not receiving packages has been an issue for months. They even told us most the time they don’t put them in the cars to be sent out and just leave the attempted delivery notice. Workers are dismissive and rude when you say anything about it. But when you do go to pick up your package they are almost never open during the, already limited, posted hours. Every so often we will have one brought to the house but it’s extremely rare. It’s a paved road and not far at all from the mailbox so there are no limitations."

"Nice post office with very courteous service. It's a bit tough sometimes to get there during the weekdays when open due to the hours and then only open on 2 hours on Saturdays but it's still great."
