"This office used to spectacular, so when my son developed some recent issues potentially related to allergies, I decided to take him back. I called everyday for three days to make an appointment this time-no answer. I left a message and it took three days to get a call back just to make an appointment. Waited a month for the appointment and when we showed up to get some allergy tests, nobody had told me that my child could not be taking antihistamines in order to get the allergy tests. It was a complete waste of a time. Dr Strauss was wonderful 10 years ago when my oldest had allergy issues, but I’m not sure what’s going on with this office now. It was a disappointing experience."
