"If I could of given no star I would of. Son could not go to school because was given a COVID test in error so they would not give me a school note to return. After 2 weeks of waiting my wife went there this morning to ask for the return letter and they said oh we called you!1 (Lie!!) after writing 3 letters for my wife because the dates were wrong the receptionist caught an attitude. Very unprofessional and a sarcastic your welcome to my wife as she walked out the door!! Find another Doctors office this place is rotten!!"
