"My package was signed for by someone I don’t know. I do not have the item. I attempted to make a claim, The site would not take it and claimed the amount was wrong. I tried to call. The only response I got was an automated Reply that told me to make a claim. I can’t. I have no other number to contact The automated one."

"I was at UPS because I had to send a package back ASAP. A customer was being waited on and didn't have something required. The UPS representative was able to work out a solution for the customer right away. The customer said"he'd gone another place to try to send it, but that was all he got from the company he was sending it to". That clerk from another place didn't help the gentleman. This representative did. He calmed the man down by showing he was trying to help him. That's how the lady before me and I heard that conversation. It takes skill and knowledge to diffuse a situation when you see it about to happen. This was about three weeks ago and the UPS worker was a black male, medium height. He has Great Customer Service Skills and knew his job well. He was helpful to each of us in different ways. I was the last to leave, so I saw him help everyone. I wrote this so the company can see on that day after 3pm, a Great Representative was in place for some weary customers. He made our day!"
