"Never buy stamps there! They charge an outrages price for them. $4.00 over the regular price for a book of stamps! Now I know why they always ask if you need stamps. What a rip-off! Food Lion is $4.00 cheaper for same the amt of stamps."

"This store is outstanding. I was trying to put together a flyer for our son’s celebration of life but was lost. The wonderful clerk designed it, printed it and folded it for me. Big load off my shoulders. Thanks for your compassion"

"They will rob you. They wanted to charge $2.57 to tape the box for an Amazon return. The last time I was there, they just had you stick them in a clear bad and tape a label on it. I will not be returning to this UPS store again. Who would pay that just to stick a piece of tape on a box? I have never paid to tape a box in a UPS store. And for $2.57, I'll go buy 2 rolls at the dollar store and tape myself if needed. Way to lose customers over something as cheap as tape."

"The location is less than ideal. Parking can be a mess and the traffic light is slow which means you’ll be waiting for a while getting out. They don’t care for Amazon returns. They are quite petty. Unless you want to fork over 8 bucks to tape a tiny box, make sure you do it prior. Yes, Amazon tells you to ensure it is sealed, but every other UPS store I’ve been to will tape it, no problem. Which it usually isn’t since they have giant rolls of tape that would take about 5 seconds yet behind the counter within sight. Maybe I’m just expecting too much for assuming people will take minimal effort to be courteous. Nevertheless, for the aforementioned reason, I wouldn’t go back."

"I went there around 2pm on a Thursday for notary services. The employees were friendly and there wasn’t any line (there were only two other customers there and three employees). The notary services went up to $10 and there is a $5 fee for an additional witness (if the document requires that). I feel the cost is fair (but it somewhat makes me wish I were certified and could make $10 in 5 minutes or less). I can’t speak to the packing and shipping services because I didn’t use them."
