"I asked the guy who towed my car on a Friday night if he knew of a garage with a mechanic open on Saturday, he recommended laser lube, he said, with confidence they were open on Saturday and could look at it. They were open but had no mechanic that day. He also claimed they had a drop box for my keys since they were already closed. When I called lase lube the next day, they couldn't find my keys, they had no drop box. I called the tow company and it took them 20 minutes to get ahold of the guy to find out where he put my keys."

"Chuck is a great guy and his company really helped me out on a Sunday evening with crummy weather when I couldn't find anyone else to tow my car off I-77. He was very professional and had a clean, new truck. The dispatcher Melissa is very sweet as well and made sure that my location was correct as Mercedes roadside assistance was trying to send them to a back round off the highway. Chuck even dropped me off at my hotel so I didn't have to figure out how to get from the dealer to the hotel. Hopefully I don't have any more issues around Mt Airy, but if I do I'll know who to call."
