"Very disappointed with the services, the doctor and also the girls at the front desk. My 4 kids has been going there from they just open around 4 years now. Well today New Year’s Eve was one of my worst experience there. I had an appointment at 12:30pm at 12:45pm I wasn’t there yet because of the traffic on the belt parkway, one of the girls call I told her I would be there in another 20 mins because of the traffic and I was in an Uber coming from Brooklyn, she said well we are getting ready to close early today, then I said I wasn’t aware to the holiday scheldule and I would’ve reschedule if I had known that you guys now nave a 15 mins late policy anyhow I still went because I just 4 days ago brought my 6 month old to the ER and I was told to follow up with his pediatric doctor and my 4 year old would need to flu shot before he can return to school they turn me away and told me the doctor would not see me bare in mind I took a cab there and had to wait on a Uber to go back. My problem is this I have 4 kids ranging from14-6 months old I choose that doctor in particular because of the WALK INS, hours they open and every other weekend schedule the have. Now on the flyer it says 9-9 Monday thru Friday and every other weekend they would be open. Please for other parents sake update you guys policy protocols and the girls in the front. I have recommend 4 other family’s to this office. For the doctor her self she was ok. I ask the girls to have tile doctor call me up until now no call. They are not very clear with their instructions there. I will never return to that doctor because of their policies. I need a doctor that do walk in because with 4 kids anything is possible. Very very dissappoined now I have to start looking for a different doctor that does walk ins and open on the weekend."
