Dr. Nancy Wallach, MD

"Can hardly get through on a call. When I got through I could hardly understand and neither could the female child at the front desk. They are rather rude unless you speak Spanish fluently to them when you finally get an appointment. Again when finally getting an appointment you wait forever and don't get Dr. Wallach who is never there and they don't let you know. The "doctor" my son had seen, gave him a diagnosis/solution that when I seen Dr. Wallach finally did not approve of and said she shouldn't have been able to do what she did. When the office moved they didn't call or send a letter informing patients or the parents of the changed location. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Eve when waiting to leave and make a follow up appointment they make you wait while they answer the phone and proceed with a conversation instead of first responding to the patient at the desk who was there before they received any call. Receptionist is constantly on the phone on what seems to be personal, although I don't speak Spanish so I could be wrong but the demeanor makes it seem more friendly than professional."

"I have been coming to this doctor for 8 years and I took my daughter there today and what doctor shows an 8 years old pictures of a tv show my 600 pound life.. she ermbrassed and humiliated my child and made her cry after the visit.. doctors needs to stop humiliating kids very unprofessional I expected better from Dr Nancy wallach... and a had a attitude for no reason... contemplating changing drs..."

"I've been taking my 3 kids here for years. Sometimes the wait is forever. So I started asking for appts. When it isn't busy. One time I waited over 2 hours. Today it was an hour. And then when it was my child's turn, we were rushed and told there are many patients waiting. We weren't I the room for 5 minutes. The previous patients were in there for more than 30. The nurse is incredibly rude and mean. She was the last time we were there and I was hoping that she was just having a bad day but she was rude and unprofessional once again. She made my daughter cry both times and I'm talking about my 13 year old. My daughter didn't want to see her today. She has nails and presses really hard on my daughters skin. Last time she took blood, her arm hurt and turned black and blue for a week. She's incredibly unprofessional. I love the doctors but the staff needs some training. I hate to have to change but it looks like they are giving me no choice. I was supposed to get referrals but instead ran out my my crying daughter. I was supposed to receive a letter from this office one week ago for my daughter and still haven't. She still hasn't been able to start school for this term."

"Dr Nancy is NEVER there. When I ask to speak with her and only her and they put me on the phone with other doctors. The staff is terrible, front desk lady takes terrible notes to relay to docs. Dr. Olga did not give me a diagnosis for my son, did not follow up, when I finally followed up about side effects from meds I had another doc call me to tell me my sons diagnosis over a voicemail over a week later and ramble on about things I did not say to the front desk staff. When I asked if he should see a specialist she kept saying "you can if you like". Never concrete answers, no follow up after pretty sever diagnosis for a 3 year old. Doesnt look at you while talking to you, sits at the computer with her mask on and talks while typing on her computer. The nurses don't know where anything is and are rough with the children. Also they don't know how to take a proper family history. Will never ever go back there and you if you love your kids you shouldn't either."

". Dr Nancy is great....the staff really doesn’t care... Every time I make an appointment for my kid to see Dr Nancy she is never there. However, No one call to let you known. When you get there to see Dr Nancy they have this attitude telling you she is not here today. But we have a different doctor every six months there is a new doctor. Just great !"
