The manager verbally confirmed a price - which I confirmed via phone two days prior to the rental. He called me the day before to tell me that it would be $100 more than the price he provided. Total bait and switch at the last minute..."

"We had a great experience renting a truck here. After reading reviews was nervous but Michelle was awesome (telephone call day prior) and Ty was prompt + helpful at pick up. The truck was perfectly clean and ready to roll at 7:30am. Very professional and the return process super easy. This took place on one of their busiest days so very impressed. Thank you UHAUL team."

"I reserved a truck 30 days in advance of my move (the earliest U-Haul would allow). I received an email the day before I was supposed to pick up my truck saying that there were no trucks available. The customer service I received from this location was horrendous. The employee changed my pickup location to an hour and a half away without confirming with me, and then hung up on me. Thankfully I got much better service by calling the regional reservations center, but still have to drive almost an hour to get a truck. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE."
