Packages must be securely sealed and properly labeled with a FedEx Express or FedEx Ground shipping label, and weigh less than 55 pounds and be smaller than 48" x 25" x 25". International packages are accepted as long as they have a U.S. originated address.
There are no additional fees for using this location, and packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility. If you have a pre-printed FedEx label for an online shopping return, you can drop it off at this location. Please note that this location does not provide shipping or packing materials, so packages must be ready to ship when dropped off. For assistance with packing supplies or help packing items, visit a nearby FedEx Office location or participating FedEx Authorized ShipCenter or Office Depot OfficeMax.
