"Our family had such a bad experience. The doctor was fine, but the administration and front desk staff was completely rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate of new families, and they kept messing up our account and saying they didn't have information. They kept forgetting to give us our documents and then would ask for them. The last straw was when they destroyed our baby's medical vaccination card - and even said it wasn't important anyway, "It's only for parent records" they said. First they forgot to give it to us, then they said they didn't have it, then they found it and called us and said they would hold it until our next visit. At our next visit, they had another administrative issue and forgot to give us the card and documents then made up a rule that they couldn't hold it for more than 24 hrs and destroyed it the same day. They were rude, inconsiderate of new parents, and completely bad experience. Often they would make up policies only to change them when we pushed back."

"We've brought our newborn to Dr. Pierre twice now. We're very happy with her care - she's knowledgeable, communicates well and begins appointments on time. Our issue has been with the online portal. We've been locked out of our daughter's account until we can provide her insurance information, despite her being only 3 weeks old and covered under my wife's insurance (which we provided on her first visit.) We're unable to access any of her medical records, schedule appointments, or do virtual visits. We've had to seek care elsewhere for issues that have come up during her first weeks."

My children love going there. We never have a long wait. The medical assistants are professional and friendly and so are the front desk staff. The office is consistently immaculate and is very child friendly."
