"The staff must have written these reviews themselves. The office is completely empty and I’m still waiting over 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. They’re eating at the front desk and is moving extremely slow. I can verify my health insurance information faster than the 2 of them together can."
"I must say this is the best doctors office I’ve ever been to for my daughter. First of all, as soon as you walk in the front staff is very welcoming. Ms. Olga and Ms. Eva helped me sign in efficiently and swiftly. Wait time was only 10 minutes. I appreciate that they acknowledge my daughter and made her feel comfortable. "What can I say as mom’s we all have those days , where it seems like everything that could go wrong in a day does, Well I am so happy to say that even though the day started out that way for me , by the end of my daughter’s doctor visit in ended great ,and I attribute that to Doctor Rimma , her nurse , (I am sorry I forgot her name but she is a sweet heart ) and the two receptionist at Gentle Touch .Long story short my daughter was in a lot of pain due to an ear infection , and my son who is toddler was having a fit , I guess the receptionist(Evie and Olga )sensed my stress ,so they decided to help me with my son by keeping him busy in the front of the office , so that I could give my full attention to my daughter in the back .I was so very grateful to them this day and to my surprise Evie ( one the receptionist )gave my son a cool watch (that he loves my the way ).I just want to say thank you once again to everyone at Gentle Touch . They say it takes a village to raise children and I am so grateful that I found my village . God Bless you all ."
